By booking or receiving services from Spa 727, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services & Appointments
Spa 727 provides mobile massage therapy and esthetic services at the client's requested location. Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required booking information and/or payment are received. Please provide an accurate service address and contact information when booking. You are responsible for ensuring that the location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the requested service.
2. Arrival & Service Time
Spa 727 values your time and carefully schedules appointments to allow for setup and cleanup. Your therapist/esthetician may arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled appointment for setup and may require 10–15 minutes after the appointment for cleanup. Your appointment time refers to your scheduled treatment time, not setup or cleanup time.
3. In-Home Service Requirements
Clients must provide:
- A safe, clean, and appropriate space for treatment.
- Access to a sink with running water.
- At least one electrical outlet when required for services involving hot stones, warm towels, steam, or other equipment. Spa 727 provides the necessary professional equipment, including the massage table, linens, table warmer, products, and applicable equipment.
4. Health & Medical Information
Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their health, medications, allergies, injuries, surgeries, skin conditions, and other conditions that may affect treatment.
Spa 727 may modify, postpone, or refuse a service when a condition may make treatment unsafe or inappropriate. Clients are responsible for notifying their therapist/esthetician of any changes in their health before treatment. Spa 727 services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50-100%. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings.
6. Travel Fees
There is no travel fee within St. Petersburg, which is Spa 727's home base. Appointments outside the standard service area may be subject to a travel fee based on distance. Any applicable travel fee will be communicated before the appointment.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking or at the time of service. Spa 727 reserves the right to require a deposit or full payment in advance. Prices, services, packages, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Confirmed appointments will generally honor the price provided at the time of booking.
8. Professional Boundaries & Conduct
Spa 727 is a professional wellness business. All services are strictly professional and therapeutic/esthetic in nature. Sexual, inappropriate, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. The therapist/esthetician has the right to immediately end a session without refund when a client's conduct is inappropriate or creates an unsafe environment.
9. Right to Refuse or End Service
Spa 727 reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service when necessary for safety, professional boundaries, health concerns, inappropriate conduct, unsafe conditions, or other legitimate business reasons. Clients may also decline or stop any service at any time.
10. Results & Personal Items
Individual results may vary. Spa 727 does not guarantee a specific therapeutic or cosmetic outcome. Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables. Spa 727 is not responsible for damaged property.
11. Liability
Clients agree to provide accurate information and follow reasonable instructions before and during treatment. To the extent permitted by law, Spa 727 is not responsible for injuries, reactions, damages, or losses resulting from undisclosed health conditions, allergies, medications, unsafe premises, or inaccurate information provided by the client. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
12. Privacy
Information provided during booking, consultation, and treatment will be handled in accordance with Spa 727's privacy practices and applicable law. Client information will not be used for purposes unrelated to providing or administering services except as permitted or required by law.
13. Website Use
The content on www.spa727.com is provided for general informational purposes. Prices, services, availability, and website content may be updated or changed at any time.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of Spa 727's website content, images, branding, or materials is prohibited.
14. Acceptance
By booking an appointment, submitting information through the website, or receiving services from Spa 727, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
